• 100% of all eligible project costs
• Hard and soft development costs
• Design
• Engineering
• Permits 
• Service contracts
• New Construction and Repositioning
• Retiring existing debt for completed construction

Commercial and multifamily projects from $150,000 up to $500 million or more.
