Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate originates property assessed clean energy (PACE) financings for energy efficiency, renewable energy and other sustainability projects on commercial properties throughout the country. The PACE model is a public-private partnership available in more than 35 states, which enables property owners to secure financing for qualifying sustainability projects that is repaid through a special assessment on the property tax bill. CounterpointeSRE’s management team has extensive PACE and industry knowledge and experience, with over 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. CounterpointeSRE is an affiliate of Counterpointe Energy Solutions, a third-party administrator that partners with municipalities to offer PACE financing programs in the City of Chicago, California and Florida.
